Well, the microsft program isn't perfect. It can't get rid of 2 spyware programs left on the machine. I was able to break 1 of them by redirecting the webpage it was calling up to the localhost, but the other one gets around that trick somehow. So the computer's back on the schedule to get formatted and reinstalled. I've already spent more time trying to fix it, then it would have taken to do that.
Maybe one day the program will be good enough to actually take care of all our spyware needs. I'm not holding my breath, though. Still its better than anything else.
