It's already happening at the CIA
Then CIA Chief Tenant told Bush that the WMDs were a "slam dunk." He's gone. So are several of the department chiefs. No doubt there will be more housecleaning before it's over. Long overdue, IMO. The Intelligence Community strives for consensus, but that often leads to group-think.
