You think the incompetents were fired? Perhaps instead its the good analysts who are being fired instead - the ones who disagreed with the neo-con line - any one who tried to point out what the consequences of early entry would be.
The interesting thing about the report is that good analysts are so scarce that they werre pulled from the field rather than risk them to insurgent attack.
