"Lunarians" is taken: the oldest Science Fiction fan organization, founded in New York City and still going strong (as far as I know). Their convention is called "LunaCon".*
"Lunatics" has some history to it, too. See The Moon is a Harsh Mistress by Heinlien, and Steel Beach by Varley.
"Selenites" is what the lunar natives were called in Verne's From the Earth to the Moon (at least in translation).
