No, I was not aware of that. Please tell all.
I'm up to my eyeballs in Galileo documentation dating prior to Galileo's launch, e.g. CDR documents and data books from Hughes and General Electric, etc. The Galileo Probe and Pioneer Venus Large Probe are the "gold standards" that we use for designing atmospheric probe missions. However there is a lot that we don't understand about the Galileo Probe's entry (the heatshield almost failed).
