Washington is packed with Republicans and conservatives from all over America for this occasion. Not surprising more would turn up for interviews.
Unless you can show that the deck was not equally stacked in the other direction for Democratic inaugurations, you can't draw the bias conclusion you're trying to draw, particularly in light of lots of other facts that point in the other direction.
