Come on, I bet you just registered Republican to have influence in the only primary that matters in your area. It's what I'd do although I refuse to register for either party if I can avoid it.

I think Mary Anne has said as much in past posts, and she has never been deceptive about it. That's pretty much why I'm a registered Republican now after years of being "independent."
