It may well pan out that this was just something some jerk overseas posted on an Arabic website, as opposed to anything generated by an "official" terror organization, so maybe it says nothing significant about the status of the terrorists in Iraq.
Your statement on the media would still hold water. Given the known pattern of simply making things up that we see out of Arabic sources, you'd think they'd be more careful by now.
