....You can't have a Water Giant formed/created without "oxygen". Lots and lots of oxygen. H20 is composed of about 88% oxygen by mass...That means a Water-Giant
would have to be formed from a nebular mass composed of over 80% oxygen, most of the rest being hydrogen.
