Hi All

Here's the web-page for James Benford's company Microwave Sciences and there's some interesting papers available as PDFs, plus descriptions of vacuum chamber experiments with carbon sails and maser beams. They're behind the plan to shoot Cosmos 1 with a microwave beam to measure the impulse.
