I saw a picture of that school takeover in Beslan that also hit me hard. It was of a little boy being carried by someone. It was a shot from the back and he had the same haircur and build as my little boy. The poor thing was covered in blood. I think he was alive.
The sad thing about that situation was adults did that to those children. It didn't have to happen. There is no cause that justifies doing such a thing to children. They have a beef with their government, fine, but leave the children out of it.
