No arguments against this. Unfortunately the mullahs are cunning bastards. Religion tends to cause a logical disconnect for the unwashed masses. The mullahs understand how to use religion to their advantage and make the pro-democracy folks run around in circles. My guess is the mullahs need another 10-20 years to become sufficiently corrupt and decadent that a popular revolution becomes feasible. Before that time the nuclear thing will go critical and Iran will be transformed into a radioactive slag heap. We need to come up with a better plan.
