Would it be too much to ask to first see the evidence which supports this allegation? Before claiming it as a legitimate allegation?
Or instead will the US miltary be required to respond to any of these accusation which the Iranians might make? The same Iran who is engaging in illegal warfare with Iraq and Coalition forces in Iraq. Iran that does not have diplomatic relations with the US. And the same Iran which could be violating treaty obligations regarding building nuclear weapons.

But frankly I wouldn't care much if drones were flying over Tehran buzzing commuters.
