As if one needed any more evidence.
It will NEVER be tested in a realistic mode, with a volley of actual missiles with dummy warheads fired by submarines, because it would be too expensive, and too likely to embarrass the defense contractors. Instead, it will be given spoon-fed targets in highly publicized tests that will make sure that the defense contractors keep their contracts.
