Well, then there is a distinction here
What was published may be a promo video for this company, but what David billed it as, probably mistakenly, was footage from war in Iraq. That doesn't make me any less grossed out from having viewed it, because at the time it was billed as something else, nor does it make my criticisms of DFM's distributing it any less cogent, since he obviously believed his own press.
The mistake it seems, was to believe DFM.
