We have not yet detected any version of bird flu...
...that could cause a pandemic. For such a version to arise, some other pathogen's DNA would have to substitute in. And it would have to be DNA that would encourage spread from one to another person.
Not saying it can't happen. Just saying it is too early to stock up on plastic sheeting and duct tape.
