More likely than not, the guy actually driving the car was mentally retarded and didn't even know he was driving a bomb. It is extremely difficult to defend against suicide bombing. The "people" organizing these suicide bombings are monsters. Their network will have to be completely destroyed from the top down. Beating these evil creatures will be a long and difficult struggle. However it is vital that we do defeat these monsters and defeat them in the Middle East and not on the streets of New York or San Francisco.
