Breccia Dike?

A dike ( linear intrusion) of breccia into unconsolidated, or partly consolidated sediments causing anticlinal uplift and stopping at a more resistant layer? Later erosion producing a ridge of the resistant layer with slopes on each side? Breccia can be intruded. Breccias are also commonly formed along anticlinal axes due to compressive stresses. Just 2 guesses.
