I don't understand the mitigation plan mentioned.
Has to do with some hardware designed to permit transfer from one to another shuttle. They say it can be modified in such a way to eliminate a spacewalk to repair Hubble, if I understand it right. Are they talking about enveloping the Hubble and pressurizing a bubble around it?
