We now have a Secretary of State who probably has twice the brain power of Madeline Albright*, as well as a firm set of principles, which suits me just fine.

*Who, as a corollary of your silly thesis, must (unlike Rice, in your view) have been sharply aware for six full years that airplanes could be flown into buildings. Net result: no action whatsoever to protect America as a whole from such attacks, although I think they tightened up security around the White House a bit.
