It's interesting to note the parallels with liberal arguments about alternatives to public education, like vouchers. In fact, some of the same arguments are used.
It doesn't take a lot of prodding for an anti-voucher educational official to admit that the result would be people fleeing the existing system like animals from a forest fire.
