Since Keith's primary aim here seems to be to insult anyone that brings up his name unless it is abject flattery I will try and answer your question. I believe I made a similar mistake in the past and got a similar response. The confusion seems to stem from the fact that Marc Boucher and Keith are allied through spaceref. A google search on Mars Institute Founding led to the page linked. KC was not listed as a founder, but Marc's spaceref connection was featured prominantly. You can follow the links available from that link to see KC is not on the current board either. This spaceref Mars Greenhouse project article also prominantly features a link to the Mars Institute although it doesn't seem to be actively involved. Now Keith could have explained this stuff civily and use common sense to understand that frequent links of unrelated info cause people to link them, but we all know that's just not his style.
Regards,
Mark
