Whatever happened to all the grousing about how Bush always stubbornly follows the same course regardless of the data?

I haven't switched my position on the issue. Just rubbing your nose in it.

Face it, if Bush came up with the cure for cancer, you'd be bitching about the effect on overpopulation.
