If not then explain why you are slandering a man you dont know when you dont have a goddamn clue about the facts. Court after court has found that he IS representing his wifes wishes.

Think about it, Tom... You very well could be slandering a decent man that really loved his wife and is trying to honor her wishes- are you comfortable with that? He has been offered money to walk away- he refused.
