The Judiciary is the right's new bogeyman. Activist judges used to be those darn liberal appointed judges. Now they are anyone who doesn't share the right's views.
Listen to any right wing talk show for 5 minutes - I almost guarantee you'll hear a diatribe against judges.
Let's see, we got da Executive, we got da Legislative, but it aint enough.........
