Serious Jail time in a real prison surrounded by real inmates.
Say no to prison tennis courts.
Treat all prisoners equally. Give them all the bighouse treatment.
I'm suprised that someone hasn't sued under the "equal protection" clause on this very issue:
Why is one inmate serving time in the bighouse while another is givin an ankle bracelet and told to stay within 100 yards of his RF reciever? Is 5 years for one equal to 5 years for the other?
