The town of Vilvoorde (about 15 km north of Brussels) is at 51 degrees; Antwerp in 30 km north of Vilvoorde; I live at 51 degrees 12 minutes latitude north. Brussels is something like 50 degrees 45 minutes.
I know this thanks to Heavens-Above and a CD Rom that shows all the Belgian roads (very useful!!).
