I know how you absolutely abhor this nonsense of
the conspiracy theory denying men landed on the moon.

Obviously, George Bush's plan for a moonbase will have its
conspiracy detractors, too.
How to deal with them?

I have a suggestion: Why not have future lunar astronauts,
set up three lasers [a red one, a green, and a blue], each placed
maybe thirty miles [about 25 arc seconds] apart on the Moon's surface
and aim them at Earth.
Will someone with 20 power binoculars be able to differentiate Jacob the
3 laser colors?
Will it be safe to view through binoculars?
