I saw a TV episode once showing that it was OK to drive
on a Texas highway with an open can of beer.
But if the Texas rangers ever stopped you with some heavy-duty
wire-cutters in your vehicle [without a permit I gather], you could face
a hefty fine...I guess it has something to do with horse thievin' or cattle
rustlin', I'm not sure which.
