There are plenty of others. It's just that this border involves a nation, Israel, that is roundly hated by all "right thinking people" in the U.N. and elsewhere.
Oddly, the fact that Israel was originally set up by the U.N. doesn't seem to stifle the accusations that they are usurpers in the Middle East, never mind three wars of extermination that, amazingly, seem to have been entirely written out of the history of this area.
It's also interesting that villages of Jews are considered "colonies," as though it has been established beyond all doubt that any "Palestinian" area in the Middle East shall contain no Jews whatsoever. Standard operating procedure for many Arab nations.
This isn't about colonization.
Until quite recently, the occupation of Lebanon by Syria generated almost no negative comments at all, in the U.N. or elsewhere.
If the West Bank had been "occupied" by Egypt, or Syria nobody would have given a rat's ass.
You can throw the code word "zionism" around all you like. This is about hatred of the Jews by those in the region (and unfortunately, too many people around the world) and always has been.

"The only country in the world that still has disputed borders is Israel." Not true.
