This is just like that exploding Ford pickup truck that was rigged with an incendiary device to make it explode. It WOULD have exploded if the right accident had happened. The reporters just did not have time to wait.

New Rule for Journalism: It is OK to report as factual what WOULD have happened, or what SHOULD have happened, according to the infallible opinion of the journalist who was too lazy or stupid to report on what ACTUALLY DID happen.
