More about the global warming issue
I have to confess that I was agnostic about the global warming issue until I saw the following website:
http://www.gsfc.nasa.gov/gsfc/earth/terra/co.htm
Download the Mpeg file named "pacific.mpeg" and give it a look.
Based upon the global warming hype, I would have expected carbon monoxide to be pouring out of North America and dominating the world's weather due to our industrial activity. Instead I see North America as insignficant. The big players are Asia when they're burning off rice paddies and forest fires in the Amazon basin.
