Using only the values given...

Gary: 127e15 W solar energy input to earth
Gary: 7.59e13 kg mylar mass
Nick: 2e6 J to raise 1 kg to 200 km

(1 J = 1 W*s)

(7.59e13 kg x 2e6 J/kg)/127e15 W = 1.518e20 J/127e15 W
= 1195 s
= 20 minutes
