We're already studying it for Jupiter

We've been doing studies concerning mini-probes for exploring Jupiter's atmosphere. There's nothing in the pipeline that I know about for Saturn. Of course, Titan is extremely interesting. Unfortunately it's very expensive to get to Saturn. The typical price tag for even a modest Titan probe and orbiter is a billion bucks. A billion bucks can do alot of science on Mars, Venus, the Moon or asteroids.
