Heck! There are enough engineers, and junkyard dogs here on HabitableZone,
capable of digging up, scrounging and cobbling together a boilerplate version that could be mounted on a Delta IV.
Ok! Ok! Ok!...I'm stretching the feasibility of that happening here a bit, but I like
the get-up-and-go attitude of the new NASA head.
