Incidentally....
FrankC — (archived)

I am creeping up on buying a new system and I am interested in what you got from them and any other input from anyone on what would be a good deal.

I am not wanting to build it myself so I want the system complete. The best I have found for what I want is around $2K.

Here is what I am looking for

3+ gighrtz
1 gig ram
at least 150 gig hd
17-19 in flat screen
dvd and cd RW

I am into gaming and digital photo a little bit but I am not into music.

Velocity Micro is one company I have been looking at and of course Dell is always an option.

Any comments or advice will be appreciated
