Pretty simple, really.

The business of the United States Government is to promote the interests of business. Not the individual, as you can see when the individual gets in the way.

Wars are fought over money. WWII, for instance, was fought because the US resisted the Japanese moving in and taking over the abandoned colonies of European countries overrun by Germany. Pearl Harbor was the excuse, and not at all a surprise. THAT it was Pearl Harbor was, but that the Japanese attacked that weekend was not.

For business to function vast amounts of money are moving around - buying and selling stocks, bonds, mortgages bundled like reams of paper.

The laws are written to protect property more than people, though in the last 50 years there has been a bit of a shift.

Armies protect the financial institutions and property of large corporations, and incidentally people. Peoples lives are expended protecting the property of large corporations.

Taxation is a way of raising money, and should be done by making taxes a part of the financial process, a surcharge, a, well, tax. A small tax when one deposited their paycheck would be a part, as well as a small part of purchasing Disney.

The idea of taxing individuals is a rich mans idea. He does not feel the same way about taxing money, because that would place an equal burden on his money and the means to raise money.

I realize there are incidental taxes along the way - not fair, and only incidental.
