Somebody on the Democratic side needs to remind Conyers that "Piss Koran" could be considered a work of art by many of his usual supprters.
It Sounds like feel-good legislation to me...Some Democrat-appointed judge would throw it out on Constitutional grounds if it were ever challenged by an "artist".
