The damned Iranians are the cause of that

The damned Iranians have been waging economic warfare against the U.S. for almost two decades (this activity started way before 9/11). Since the mullahs took over, they've been producing high quality counterfeit 100 dollar bills using engraved plates (not cost effective for garden variety crooks). The Iranian counterfeits are the main reason why we went over to the new style of paper money with the larger presidental portraits. Soon we'll have to go all the way to European style multicolor "monopoly money" with extensive watermarks and all the rest. I hope we're not forced to demonetarize the old $100 bills (that would be a national disgrace and a real victory for the towel heads). Definitely replace any old American paper money that you might have with the newer versions.
