Mantle Diamonds
You have to have the right bulk composition with enough spare carbon, but then it's easy.
The trick is getting them to the surface (or near it) quickly so that they are quenched, rather than breaking down. That's why diamonds are found in kimberlite and lamprophyre "pipes" which are a special type of volcanic conduit coming direct from Mantle to surface at high speed.
