Here!
What is the most amazing thing about the internet is the fact that no matter how outlandish the subject matter, there is at least one human being out there who has made it their life's work, or at least their all-consuming hobby. And then they put it all online. I have done some experimentation on this thesis, just to see if EVERY subject has someone dedicated to it, and have been both pleasantly and unpleasantly surprised.
This astounding diversity of purpose and method is what makes the human race so unique and wonderful.
The TARDIS is also interesting in that it was one of the first 3-D models I constructed years ago, its strict geometry lending it easily to simple construction from solids.
Detailed models are now, of course, available from many fans online. Mostly for free.
