Possibly meteors?

The Lyrids are active radiating near Vega (east) and the new possible meteor shower of the Yeds (south) which is where Jupiter is now and you claimed the observation was north of Jupiter.

I haven't seen a flare in many years, but I think they are faster in observance than most satellites which look like slow moving stars and I doubt there were two Iridiums that close in orbit.

If you are willing to give up your latitude/longitude or nearest large city I could confirm satellite passes for you on Starry Night.
