Rumor has it that more money is being spent on black projects related to Space than NASA's budget. Also there's something spooky about Prometheus but I don't understand what it is (I strongly support Prometheus despite its spookiness). It's hard to imagine a military asset in LEO being useful towards killing scumbags like Osama (the bad guys are smart enough now not to use cellular telephones). Maybe this is a buildup to deal with Korean or Iranian nukes? Another possibility is someone is getting spooked by the Chinese. Who can say?

I wish they'd spend more on the non-miltary side of Space but then again I guess my glass is half full.
