Might be kind of hard to locate them now (funny how things work sometimes). A friend downloaded a copy when they were available, but it would take several days to get a copy of them from him.
Of course, I doubt if this would be worth my time, as I anticipate that however good the plans were they would not satisfy you personally, and instead would just give you something to aim at. They were certainly better than what was implemented, which was no plan at all, with nothing being done to prevent the economic collapse.
I will try to get you copy (shortly) before the hearings.
