Reverse baryogenesis sounds cool - if it's possible it opens up a whole load of possibilities.

Some other interesting ideas from his paper/s - that the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation isn't actually electromagnetic... now that is freaky. It sure looks electromagnetic but he suggests it's a scalar field (I think) and should interact oddly (not at all) with right-handed electrons in the right experiments. Sounds like a pretty easy test of theory to me, but I haven't found any follow-ups to it.

I'm tempted to email him about it.

And I know panspermia is a dirty word, but it deserves more attention than it gets. Zubrin published a half-decent paper on it that didn't have any Hoyle-style shibboleths in it so it's not that bad. And Paul Davies suggests we all come from Mars...
