Personally I think this should be at Off Topic and is it fair to talk about someone who in theory isn't reading this and can't defend themselves by posting here?
That being said: O'Keefe did the same thing as Griffin is now doing and was admired by Cowing for "cleaning house". Got to ask yourself why? The answer: Cowing is on the outside of this NASA Administration and he doesn't like. He has never acted as an adult anywhere least of all at his own sites.
