Colorized rover .mov files? You're not referring to the Rover front hazard cam images are you? Those are only black & white. It's possible to add a reddish or brownish tint to them, but it would be far from true colour.
As far as videos go, I don't know too much about IMovie, but most video programs should be able to handle the MER images. You can also make flash movies and convert them to AVI files using a number of diffferent programs out there.
