The thought occurred that history might've been different if O'Neill had started his spiel a few years earlier - if that'd been the goal of the program post-Apollo instead of NERVA-to-Mars.
I wonder if we'd have a Crystal Palace in orbit by now? Or at least a Lunar Mine.
