Bombing M.O.
The Madrid bombing used a type of explosive called Goma 2 (made in Spain) that had been stolen from a mine in Spain. They made it into 13 packages, 10 kg each, with cell phones for timers.
It will be instructive to see how much of the current bombing method matches this.
