The Moon will certainly be good for our bones!
Speaking of the Moon and baseball, if you ever find a first edition of the classic college introductory astronomy text by George Abell, check out the section on Earth's Moon. He describes what it would be like to live on the Moon (this is in 1964) by having astronauts play a baseball game on it. Needless to say, many hitting distance and running records would be immediately broken.
I also recall reading that if you played baseball on Mars' larger moon Phobos, you could easily smack the ball around the entire moon.
